St Elizabeth's is the national centre of excellence in the field of epilepsy, autism and associated complex needs for which they provide care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. All of their residents live in specialised housing with experienced staff teams. Every night each bedroom is monitored by a vital Night Monitoring System. The system monitors breathing patterns, bed exits, as well as potentially life threatening situations such as seizures. Uncontrolled seizures occur most often at night during sleep and are a leading cause of death for people with epilepsy. This monitoring system is vital to the safety of these living facilities. It has become necessary to upgrade the current monitoring system and St Elizabeth's Centre needs your help! For more information on how you can help, please contact the centre's fundraising team at firstname.lastname@example.org or at 01279 843 451. Thank you.
